About DCBA REP
The Durham City Bulldogs REP Basketball Program is designed for dedicated athletes ages 8 –19 who are committed to developing their skills and competing at a high level. Team tryouts are held each August/September, with additional summer REP teams selected through tryouts beginning in May.
Our coaches are Ontario Basketball certified, police background checked, and carefully selected based on their experience, leadership, and commitment to athlete development. Each coaching staff is responsible for creating a positive, competitive, and supportive environment where players can thrive.
Bulldogs athletes compete against top programs across Ontario through league play, tournaments, and showcase events from October to May, providing valuable exposure to college and university coaches while developing the skills required to compete at the next level.
In addition to team competition, players have access to elite skill development clinics, specialized training sessions, and mentorship opportunities designed to accelerate their individual growth.
As a proud member of Ontario Basketball, the Durham City Bulldogs expect athletes to demonstrate commitment, discipline, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. REP players are expected to attend regular practices, games, tournaments, and team activities while representing the Bulldogs with integrity, respect, and sportsmanship both on and off the court.
